This is Fall in a cup! It’s also great to eat pre-workout. Enjoy : )

 

What You Need:

1/2 cup Rolled Oats (I use Bob’s Gluten Free Rolled Oats)

1 Apple Chopped (Based on your macros you can use as much or as little as you want..I measured out 100g)

1 dash of Cinnamon

2 scoops of collagen peptides (I use Vital Proteins)

 

Measure out 1/2 cup of oats (or as much as you would like) and pour into a bowl. Cover with water. Add 2 scoops of collagen peptides and stir into the oats. Add 100g of chopped apples to the bowl. (These amounts will give you that perfect 2:1 pre-workout.)

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle on your cinnamon, stir, and enjoy!

The apples made it sweet enough for me, but if you want to sweeten it up even more, you could add some maple syrup.
