What You Need:

3 cups of Rolled Oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats)

3/4 cup Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/3 cup Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips

 

Preheat your over to 275 degrees.

Place oats in a large bowl.

In another bowl combine peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Stir together.

Pour the mixture over the oats and stir well until combined.

Spread the granola in a single layer over a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stir, and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely and the granola will harden more once cooled.

 

This is good on it’s own, over yogurt, or in a bowl with some almond milk. Enjoy : )
