Nana was here this weekend baking some dairy free cookies with Jaxon and Jones and I decided to change them up a bit for Fall, pumpkin, basic, I know!


What You Need:

1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree

1/4 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice


Preheat over to 350 degrees.

In a bowl combine your peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Then stir in your oats and chocolate chips until all is combined. Spoon out individual cookies and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. (I usually get about 12 – 14 cookies) Bake for 10 – 12 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy : )
