What You Need:

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

2 scoops Vital Proteins Dark Chocolate Blackberry Collagen Peptides

1/4 cup Blueberries

1/4 cup Blackberries

1 tsp Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

 

Pour your milk and collagen peptides in a mason jar and stir until dissolved. Add your oats and stir. Next top with blueberries, blackberries, and chocolate chips. Place your lid on top, and put in the refrigerator overnight.

 

This is my new favorite post work fuel! Macros for above: 53g carbs/ 6g fat/ 26g protein. That perfect 2:1!
