I’m guessing most of us will be watching football with family all weekend, after our Thanksgiving feasts, well in between the shopping!

Here is a light snack, that is satisfying, and you don’t have to feel guilty about eating it. You think oh roasted cauliflower, it has to be healthy, right? Well a lot of the recipes I looked up had butter, flour, and other ingredients I didn’t expect. So, I made my own…


What You Need:

1 bag Cauliflower (I use Archer Farms)

2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce (I use S&F Honey Buffalo)

Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Salt & Pepper

Bolt House Ranch for dipping (You can use any ranch, but this is a low fat option.)


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Toss cauliflower in buffalo sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Spray a baking sheet with your olive oil cooking spray and arrange your cauliflower on the sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until just turning brown and tender. (Turn half way through.)

Serve with celery and/or carrot sticks and Bolthouse ranch for dipping.
