What You Need:
1.5 packages of Butternut Squash Noodles
7 pieces of Bacon, cut into about 1 inch pieces (Applegate Sunday Bacon)
1 bag of Broccoli, or about 3 cups raw
1lb of Chicken Breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
You’ll want to use a large pan with sides. First cook your bacon over medium-high heat.
Next add your chicken, and once it is cooked almost through, add your red onion. Let this work for a bit, until the onions are translucent, and then add the broccoli and finally the butternut squash noodles. (If your noodles are really long, you can cut in smaller pieces with kitchen shears to better fit in the pan.) Let this work until the noodles begin to cook down.
Now is a good time to season everything with Butt Rub, and/or salt and pepper, brown sugar, and coconut aminos. Then toss well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
