I love this little snack and it’s so easy to make, especially when you have a sweet tooth!


What You Need:

Peeled Slices of Oranges or Cuties or Sweeties (however many you want to make)

Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life for dairy free)

1 tsp of Coconut Oil

Sea Salt


Take your chocolate chips, just kind of eyeball amount, I probably used a 1/4 cup maybe more (for 3 large sweeties) and your coconut oil and put in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave until melted. What I do is microwave for 30 seconds — stir — 30 seconds — stir — 30 seconds — stir. It’s usually done by then, as I used the mini chips and they melt quickly. You just don’t want to burn the chocolate.

Once melted, dip about half the orange slice in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt and repeat until all of your slices are dipped.

Place in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to an hour, until the chocolate has hardened.
