So, so many of you are going somewhere warm for Spring Break…I’m jealous! For most, your vacation is about a month to six weeks away, so I thought for the next few weeks, I would write a blog with some tips for achieving that bikini body…if that is important to you.
First off, here are my thoughts on 6-pack abs.
With all of that being said, I think if you want to really dial in your nutrition and workouts for an upcoming beach vacation, you totally should! And since we know “abs are made in the kitchen” lets start off there.
Make it your goal between now and Spring Break to cut out a few things…

I know that can be easier said than done, but it’s only for about a month leading up to your vacation. You can do it, if it’s important enough to you.
