I hope you all had a Happy Mother’s Day! So we were heading to my sister’s for a brunch, and she literally was cooking everything you could imagine! I decided to run to Fresh Thyme for an appetizer or dessert I could throw together quickly to bring. I was in the cheese section and thought of doing a charcuterie board, and then “brunch board” popped in my head. I was thinking cheese and typical charcuterie items, but also bagels, and muffins, donuts, etc. So I started gathering our favorite items for my “brunch board” and needed a few more, but was drawing a blank. I typed ‘bunch’ into Pinterest and “bunch board” actually came up. I clicked on it, and wow, this is like a thing! Haha, I thought I was being clever coming up with this, oh no, brunch boards are all over the place…and I love it.

Here is the one I made. It was actually fun to put together. You can add your favorite items and be totally creative with it. So if you don’t want to “cook” for the next brunch or party you attend, throw together a brunch board instead. People love it and will snack on it the entire party!

Today I bought and used:

Mini Bagels

Whipped Cream Cheese

Honey Cinnamon Butter

Raspberries

Grapes

Vegan Mini Chocolate Muffins

Vegan Mini Lemon Muffins (but my family ate them all before they made the board)

Pepperoni

Strawberries

Gouda

Lemon Humms

Pretzels

Dried Apricots

The items you can use are endless! I couldn’t find donut holes, but really was wanting to add those. You could also do a full bagel and lox board.
