This is such a delicious summer snack that the kids can help make, especially when they want s’mores but you don’t want to make a bonfire. We saw something similar to this on the Today Show last week, and we made ours dairy and soy free!
Popcorn (you can microwave a bag, make your own on the stove top or grill, etc.) We used 3 tablespoons of popping corn kernels with 1 tablespoon of oil and cooked on the stovetop in a covered pan until popped, then salted it. (Jax said it was magic!!)
1 1/2 cups of Graham Crackers, broken into bite-sized pieces (we used the Fresh Thyme brand, only ones we could find that were soy free)
1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips (we used Enjoy Life dairy free)
1 1/2 cups of Mini Marshmallows
Toss all your ingredients together and enjoy!
