Another Fall dessert coming at ya! This one is also dairy, egg, nut, and soy free!

We went to Tuttles Orchards to pick apples and decided to bake up some apple crumble with them : )

What You Need:

4-5 Apples, sliced – can peel or leave peel on (we left on)

1/8 cup sugar

Crumble Topping:

1/2 cup Butter, melted – we use Earth Balance Vegan Butter (to be dairy/soy free)

3/4 cup Sugar

1 cup Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 pinch of Salt

Vanilla Ice Cream to top! (we use dairy free So Delicious)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. I used a 9×13 pan, and that worked well, and used butter to grease. Add apple slices and sugar to the pan.

Mix your butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until a drier doughy batter forms.

Scoop the mixture over the apples. Then add a few pads of butter on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, until apples are bubbly!

Let cool for a bit and serve with vanilla ice cream : )
