I didn’t come up with this recipe. I found it. I made it. It is so good! I had to share!!

This is such a hearty soup, and I thought it would be great to make if you were hosting Thanksgiving or Christmas, and had family in town. You work all day to prepare a huge meal, but what do you feed the people the other days they are there? You don’t want to be back in the kitchen, that’s for sure. That is why this soup is perfect:

  1. It makes a ton!
  2. You only use one pot!
  3. It’s allergy friendly!
  4. It’s delicious, and so are the leftovers!

    I made this this week and it is so yummy!
    I even got an A from my husband!
    I count macros, and work with Lexi, and I don’t eat a lot of pasta, but this will be an exception!
    It will be my little splurge !

    It reheats and tastes even better 2 days later! It made a lovely supper after working over 12 hrs! (I have some in the freezer for a winter night we don’t want to get out!)
