
I love making this simple recipe for a quick lunch, a kid’s lunch to send to school, or an afternoon snack. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to put together. I think I love it so much because it’s sweet, salty and has some crunch!
What You Need:
5 stocks celery, chopped
2 cups grapes, halved
1 rotisserie chicken, breast meat, chunked into bite-size pieces
5 tbsp of mayonnaise (I love this vegan mayonnaise.)
1/3 cup slivered candied almonds
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Simply stir all the ingredients above, together. Let chill, covered, in the fridge.
You can serve with crackers, on toast, a croissant, etc.
