I’ve been making it a priority, the past almost two weeks now, to start my day with protein, healthy fat, and veggies…and I’m starting to notice a huge difference! When you eat a ton of carbs, especially refined carbs full of sugar- pastries, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, etc. your blood sugar will spike, leading to a crash. Plus you will be hungry again sooner.
